Terms & Conditions


1. Payment
Prices do not include shipping. Order must be paid in full to start the process. Payment Plans can be arranged. Contact 407-574-5602 or email for details. Names, Dates and Locations and Paper Choices are editable with no charge. Total Price includes two rounds of changes, any additional rounds will be subject to hourly rate of $65.00/hour. Designs are Final Limited Edition Designs, any design changes regarding color, fonts, layout or graphics are subject to $100.00 per hour custom design time, with a minimum of 2 hours. A minimum two hour customization fee will be charged, and hours will vary depending on the scope of the changes.

If the Client refuses delivery of the order or refuses to pay within time line of this order, Client shall be in default hereunder and shall pay 10% interest on the unpaid balance until payment is made in full. Balance is required to be paid in full before the delivery of product will be scheduled.

2. Cancellation
If the Client shall cancel this Agreement within 3 days after order date, a refund of order amount minus 10% for administration fees will be refunded. Any order not canceled in the specified period is subject to a 35% of order charge to cover any work or production completed by Paper Couture.

3. Copyright 
Paper Couture shall own the copyright on all designs and original concepts & creations, and have exclusive rights to make reproductions for advertising/marketing uses. Paper Couture shall only make reproductions for Clients, Company portfolio, samples, self-promotions, entry in contests or art exhibitions, editorial use, or for display within or outside of the design studio. Paper Couture retains publication, duplication and electronic rights, including but not limited to reprint by another publication/print, or distribution by a syndication.


Paper Couture guarantees that (a) the work is the sole and original work of artists on staff (b) that to the best of the company’s knowledge it does not contain material that is libelous or defamatory (c) that it doesn’t not infringe on the copyrights or other property right of any person, and (d) is factually correct.

4. Clients Obligations
The Client is responsible for providing Paper Couture with all information and detail regarding event, time, dates, names, etc. The Client is responsible for proofreading and approving the design and all it’s elements (typesetting, fonts, photography, illustrations or other visual elements), if changes are required exceeding 2 rounds, and Paper Couture is not in error, the Client will be responsible for all fees and expenses arising from such changes as additional services. If changes are made to design elements, printing or paper that may incur more cost over the estimate, Client shall be responsible for these costs. See Item 1; Payment. 


The Client is obtaining comps/prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said concepts or authorize any reproductions thereof by parties other than Paper Couture. All work and publicity must be credited to Paper Couture Stationery: a division of 2u Collection, LLC.

5. Liability of the Paper Couture
Paper Couture shall take reasonable precautions to safeguard original or other materials provided or purchased as supplies by/for Client. Paper Couture shall, however not be liable for any damage to or loss of any material provided by Client including Artwork, photography, manuscripts, other than or on account of willful neglect or gross negligence of Paper Couture.

The Client agrees that is shall not hold Paper Couture, their parent company or any of their agents or employees liable for any incidental or consequential damages that may arise from Paper Couture’s failure to perform any aspect of the Project in a timely manner, regardless of whether such failure was caused intentional or negligent acts or omissions of Paper Couture, Acts of Gods,  or a third party.

6. Ownership
Paper Couture shall retain ownership of final accepted designs. Client purchases the rights for printed pieces, created by Paper Couture Stationery, to use at their event ONLY.  See Item NO. 3

7. Failure to Perform
If Paper Couture cannot perform this Agreement due to a fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, medical emergencies of other cause beyond the control of the parties, then Paper Couture will issue a refund of order amount minus 10% for administration fees o the Client but Paper Couture shall have no further liability with respect to the Agreement.

This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event the materials are damaged due to shipping, mailing, processing, weather, loss in the mail, damage by the Post Office or otherwise lost or damaged without fault of Paper Couture. In the event Paper Couture fails to perform for any other reason, Paper Couture shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of the Client’s order.

  1. Inherent Qualities
    Client is aware that embellishments, paper, and inks may fade or discolor over time due to their inherent qualities. Embellishments, papers, ribbon etc. may no longer be available when production of the product begins due to discontinuances of the manufacture. Paper Couture shall not be held responsible for any liability for any claims whatsoever based upon these terms. In the case of discontinuances, Paper Couture will find a similar comparable item to use in the design in place of discontinued item.

    Client understands that papers envelopes, ribbon, and other supplies are often made by different manufacturers, and colors (even white) are NOT guaranteed to match exactly, as there is no way to make that guarantee.

9. Miscellany
This agreement incorporates the entire understanding of the parties. Any modifications of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. Any waiver of a breach or default hereunder shall not be deemed a waiver of subsequent reach or default of either the same provision or any other provision of this Agreement. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the Federal Laws of the United States Government.

10. Sales Tax
The Client shall pay any sales, use, or transfer taxes that may be applicable to the services provided under this Agreement, including any tax that may be assessed on audit of Paper Couture’s tax returns.
